BEHAVIOR OF CAST STEEL JOINTS IN ROOF TRUSSES FOR EXHIBITIONS AND SPORTS CENTER OF HARBIN

摘要: 简述了哈尔滨会展体育中心张弦桁架的铸钢节点的构造和设计情况,进行了该铸钢节点的足尺静力试验和有限元分析。详细讨论了试验的加载装置、测试结果和有限元数值计算结果,给出了节点的应力分布状况。研究表明,该铸钢节点在设计荷载的作用下,具有足够的强度和刚度;有限元计算结果与试验实测结果基本吻合,前者也能够较好地了解铸钢节点的受力性能。最后对铸钢节点的制造质量也提出了建议。Abstract: Construction and design of a cast steel joint in beam string structures used for the Exhibitions and Sports Center of Harbin built recently is described briefly in the paper.A full_scale test of the joint and a finite element analysis are carried out.A test setup, experimental and FE calculating results are discussed and stress distributions in the joint are presented.The present investigation indicates that the cast steel joint subjected to its design loads has sufficient strength and rigidity.The results from FE calculation agree well with those from the experiment, which shows static behaviour of the joint can also be found out through FE analysis.The suggestion on fabrication quality of the cast steel joint is proposed in the paper.
