NUMERICAL ANALYSIS AND EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON LOCAL STABILITY OF CYLINDRICAL SHELL UNDER AXIAL LOADS

摘要: 利用有限元软件ANSYS对圆柱薄壳进行数值求解,计算了理想圆柱薄壳的特征值屈曲,并将数值解与理论解进行比较分析;计算了考虑初始缺陷和残余应力的圆柱薄壳的非线性屈曲,得到了圆柱薄壳的荷载-位移曲线、极限荷载,并计算了圆柱薄壳局部稳定的应力值。最后给出了圆柱薄壳的局部屈曲应力的建议公式。Abstract: Numerical solution is made of cylindrical shell by ANSYS. Eigen buckling of ideal cylindrical shell is computed, whose numerical solutions are compared to the theoretical ones. Computational results include load-displacement curve, ultimate loads, stress value of local stability and nonlinear buckling of cylindrical shell considering initial defection and residual stress. Finally a recommended equation for local buckling stress is also given.
