PRIMARY INVESTIGATION ON MODIFYING MECHANISM OF NEW TO OLD CONCRETE REPAIR INTERFACIAL LAYER BY USING SILANE COUPLING AGENT

摘要: 对比试验表明,以硅烷偶联剂溶液涂老混凝土表面,可使新老混凝土修补界面层粘结强度显著提高。初步提出改性机理解释这一现象:硅烷偶联剂很可能使水泥石表面与花岗岩(或老砂浆)表面实现了大范围化学键接。Abstract: A comparative experimental study showed that silane coupling agent solution can significantly increase the bond strength of new to old concrete repair interfacial layer. A primary modifying mechanism for explaining this phenomenon is proposed: it is possible for silane coupling agent to create many chemical bonds between cement paste surface and granite (old mortar) surface.
