EXPERIMENTAL STUDY AND THEORETICAL ANALYSIS ON THE STEEL MEMBERS JOINTED BY CEMENTATION

摘要: 粘接作为一种重要的连接方式,在结构加固中已经得到较广泛的应用。为研究粘接连接钢结构构件的力学性能,进行了一系列试验,包括5个轴心受压短柱,5个压弯柱,1根梁。介绍了试验方案和主要试验结果,分析了粘接对于试件力学性能的影响,又从理论上对粘接连接的传力形式进行了讨论,并得出了相关结论。Abstract: Adhesive joint,as an important method of joint,has been widely used in the construction.To study the mechanical behavior of the steel members jointed by cementation,five short columns under axial loads,five columns under eccentric loads,one beam under moment load are tested.The test schemes and the main test results are introduced.It is analyzed that the effect of cementation on the mechanical behavior,ultimate bearing capacity,failure modes and deformation distribution.Differences between adhesive failure and structural failure are told.And some concerned conclusions are drawn.
