REINFORCEMENT REPLACEMENT IN CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE STRUCTURES

摘要: 混凝土结构施工过程中需要进行受力钢筋代换时,通常以等强代换的原则处理。根据国标《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB50010-2002)的规定,分析了钢筋的直径、外形、类型、强度对结构构件刚度、裂缝、锚固性能、预应力传递性能和破坏形态的影响,指出施工中的钢筋代换必须慎重考虑,并应根据国家标准《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》(GB50204-2002)的要求,办理设计变更文件。Abstract: In the process of construction of concrete structure,the principle of replacing reinforcement with equal intensity is often used to replace the stressed reinforcements.According to the national standardCode for Design of Concrete Structures(GB 50010-2002),it was analyzed the effect of reinforcements diameter,shape,type and intensity on the stiffness,crack,anchorage,transferring of prestressing force and failure form of a structural member.It indicated that attentiona should be paid to replacing reinforcement in construction,and it should be conducted the document of design change according to demands on the national standardCode for Acceptance of Constructional Quality of Concrete Structures(GB 50204-2002).
