INFLUENCE OF HIGH-ORDER VIBRATION MODES ON THE SEISMIC RESPONSE OF STEEL TOWER BUILT ATOP OF A HIGH-RISE BUILDING

摘要: 采用基于振型分解的结构动力响应分析方法计算了江苏省电网调度中心顶部钢塔楼在地震作用下各阶振型的地震响应。研究了高阶振型对顶部钢塔楼地震反应的影响,从而分析了高阶振型在钢塔楼地震反应中的影响程度。分析表明,由于顶部钢塔楼的鞭梢效应,采用振型分解反应谱法计算塔楼地震反应时需要合理地确定计算振型数以正确地估计塔楼的地震反应。Abstract: The seismic responses of steel tower that is built atop of Jiangsu Electricity-Net Dispatcher Center are obtained with respect to each vibration mode using the direct dynamic analysis method based on the mode-superposition.The contributions of each vibration mode to seismic response of steel tower are studied and the influences of high-order modes on the seismic response are investigated.The calculation results reveal that due to the whiplash effect of steel tower,the considered number of vibration modes need to be appropriate to calculate the response of steel tower using the mode-superposition response spectrum method.
