LOAD TRANSFER ANALYSIS OF STEEL STRUCTURES REPAIRED WITH FRP

摘要: 纤维增强复合材料加固修复损伤钢结构能有效恢复其刚度、承载能力并改善其疲劳性能。纤维增强复合材料与钢结构之间的荷载传递直接影响到加固效果和FRP的利用效率,但是目前尚未有人对二者之间的荷载传递进行系统的分析。对FRP与钢结构之间的荷载传递影响因素进行了系统的分析,并提出了几种改善荷载传递效果的措施,对该技术的工程应用具有一定的实用价值。Abstract: Fibre reinforced polymers(FRP) can be used to restore the stiffness and load carrying capacity of the damaged steel structures and improve their fatigue resistance.The load transfer between steel and FRP affect the behavior of the repaired components directly and the effectiveness of FRP.But there was no systemic analysis of this subject.The influencing factors of load transfer were analyzed systematically,such as surface preparation,properties of steel,FRP and adhesive,thickness of FRP and adhesive,interface debonding.Several measures for improving load transfer effect were also presented,which was useful for the application of the technique.
