ANALYSIS OF THE FAILURE MODE ON THE K-JOINTS OF CONCRETE-FILLED STEEL RECTANGULAR TUBULAR TRUSS STRUCTURE

摘要: 方钢管混凝土结构结合了普通方钢管结构和圆钢管混凝土结构的优点,具有连接方便、可靠的特点,同时由于钢管和内核混凝土的共同工作,可以提高材料的使用效率,从而降低工程造价。对方钢管混凝土桁架中的K形节点进行了有限元分析,得出在正常使用状态下其内核混凝土的应力分布曲线,探讨了方钢管混凝土桁架中K形节点的应力分布及其失效模式。Abstract: Concrete- filled steel rectangular tubular( CFSR) structure combines the strong points of both common rectangularsteel tubular structure and concrete- filled circular steel tubular structure, it can be connected easily and safely. Meanwhile,as the steel tube and the filled- in concrete work together, the efficiency of the two materials can be improved and the cost ofthe construction can be reduced. In this paper, the K- joints of CFST truss is analyzed using FEM, the stress distribution ofthe filled- in concrete under normal use is educed. And their failure mode is discussed.
