TEST STUDY ON THE MECHANICAL PERFORMANCE OF RPC WITH STEEL FIBER

摘要: 为了探讨钢纤维对RPC力学性能的影响,试验研究了在标准养护和热水养护两种条件下,当水胶比不同时,钢纤维掺量对RPC强度和抗冲击性能的影响。试验结果表明:掺入适量的钢纤维可以明显提高RPC的强度和韧性;在水胶比为0.18时,RPC的强度最高;热水养护有利于提高RPC的抗压强度,但对RPC的韧性提高并不多。Abstract: In order to discuss the effect of steel fiber on the mechanical performance of RPC, based on standard curing andhot water curing the effect of proportion of steel fiber on the strength and the impact resistance performance of RPC withdifferent WPB was studied. The results of testing indicated that the strengths and the toughness of RPC with certain steelfiber can be improved greatly, the strengths of RPC were upmost while the WPB was 0118, hot water curing was in favor ofenhancing the compressive strengths of RPC, but it has little effect on the toughness of RPC.
