ANALYSIS OF VALUES OF RENEWAL AND REUSE OF OLD INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS

摘要: 伴随着城市产业结构退二进三的战略转变以及由此产生的城市用地结构的调整，大量的工业建筑被废弃、闲置。如何看待和再利用这些城市遗产，是目前众多城市建设面临的重大课题。从生态学的角度，探析旧工业建筑再生利用的生态、社会文化及其经济价值。Abstract: During the adjustment of the city structure, more and more industrial buildings are abandoned.How to adaptively treat and reuse these city heritages is an important problem to all of the cities.The ecological, social and economic values of the renewing and reusing of old industrial buildings are analyzed from the angle of ecology .
