CURRENT STATUS AND IMPERFECTION ANALYSIS OF LATTICED SHELL STRUCTURES OF INDOOR COAL STORAGE YARD

摘要: 电厂干煤棚大都采用了大跨度柱面网壳结构,但由于煤场的腐蚀环境影响和堆煤过高,许多已建煤棚不同程度地出现网壳结构杆件的锈蚀和弯曲现象。如果结构中存在大量杆件的锈蚀和弯曲,显然会导致结构安全度降低,甚至破坏。以实际工程为例,研究缺陷对结构强度、稳定性的影响。建立杆件锈蚀和弯曲的计算模型,提出并采用随机缺陷模态法研究具有缺陷的结构承载能力。Abstract: Cylindrical latticed sheel structures are widely used in indoor coal storage yard of the power palnt.However,due to the rusty atmosphere and the gravity of the coal,the rusty and bending bars appeared in the use of the structures.If there are too many members have seriously rusted and bent,the safety of the structures will be greatly decreased and even be collapsed.Taking the example of a practical engineering,this paper studied the influence of imperfection to the strength and stability of structures and established a model for calculating the corrosion and bending of members.In the final,the paper introduced the method of calculating the bearing capacity of this kind of structures with a random imperfection model.
