ANALYSIS OF STIFFNESS OF GUSSET- TYPE JOINTS FOR SINGLE- LAYER RETICULATED SHELLS

摘要: 在网壳(架)研究领域中,节点的研究一直以来就是一个热点问题,但研究主要都集中于各种节点强度的研究,而刚度的研究却很少涉及。针对网壳结构中目前使用较广的板式节点,采用通用有限元程序ANSYS,在弹性范围内考察其刚度相对于节点的几个基本参数的变化规律,给出刚度相对于参数变化的近似线性表达式。还给出了对于刚度变化趋势原因的一些探讨,得出一些有意义的结论。Abstract: In the field of reticulated shells, the research of joints is always a hot spot.But such research mainly focuses on?the intensity of various types of joints, the stiffness of joints is rarely involved.This paper is to analyze how the stiffness of?an often used joint in reticulated shells changes with the basic parameters of it in the elastic extent with the general FEA?program ANSYS.Then the approximately linear expressions on the stiffness to these parameters are given.Some discussions?on the reason why stiffness changes in some rules are presented.In the end, some valuable conclusions are achieved.
