STUDY ON ARCHITECTURAL CONCRETE AND ITS APPLICATION IN TIANJIN MUSEUM

摘要: 清水混凝土是混凝土的一种新技术。该技术将结构混凝土直接作为建筑的外表面,形成不再进行其他外装修处理的建筑做法,从而实现了建筑和结构的统一。清水混凝土的材料选择、配比和搅拌工艺的确定、模板的选材、振捣工艺及养护等整套施工技术与传统混凝土相比区别较大,各方面均具有其特殊性。在介绍天津博物馆工程概况和混凝土概念的基础上,简述了清水混凝土的概念和发展历史,通过天津博物馆V形柱的工程实例研究了清水混凝土的材料、设计和施工应用技术,讨论了它的应用前景。Abstract: Architectural concrete is a kind of concrete coming from a new technology, which uses the structural concrete as?the skin of the building without any other outside finishing, and thus makes the architecture and the structure be a unity.Architectural concrete is quite different from conventional concrete in many aspects, such as the raw and processed materials,the mixture ratio between all kinds of the materials, the mixing technique, the material of form, compaction technique by?vibration and the curing method.The outline of Tianjin Museum is introduced; the concept of the concrete is reviewed.The?features of architectural concrete are described and the development history of architectural concrete is discussed.Through?the engineering application example of V-shaped columns built in Tianjin Museum, the material, design and construction?techniques of architectural concrete are studied, and its future application is also discussed.
