USING RECYCLED AGGREGATE TO PREPARE WATER PERMEABILITY CONCRETE

摘要: 利用再生骨料配制透水性混凝土,对其强度和透水系数随骨灰比、砂率和水灰比变化的规律进行了试验研究,得到这种新型环保型混凝土的配合比控制参数。采用功效系数法,得出在振动成型条件下,满足最优强度和透水系数的配合比是:骨灰比3。5,砂率0。15,水灰比0。34。Abstract: The water permeability concrete with recycled aggregate is prepared, whose variation regularity of strength and?permeability coefficient changing with aggregate- cement ratio, sand percentage and water- cement ratio is studied through?experiments.The significant parameters controlling the mixture ratio of this new environmental concrete are also presented in?the paper.By means of efficacy coefficient method, the optimal mixture ratio under the vibratory moulding condition is?aggregate- cement ratio 31 5, sand percentage 01 15 and water- cement ratio 01 34, and then the concrete strength and?permeability coefficient attain the equilibrium point.
