DESIGN OF NEW PRESTRESS UNDERPINNING TECHNOLOGY

摘要: 提出一种新型预应力托换技术。通过拧紧高强螺栓施加预应力,一方面迫使托换大梁预弯获得向上的预应力,另一方面,对将要拆除的承重柱卸载至零应力,然后切除柱子。与一般托换梁技术比较,这种预应力托换技术具有施加预应力直接明确,施工简单可行,不损伤原有结构和造价低等优点。介绍了该技术在某工程拔柱改造中的具体应用。实践表明,这种新型预应力托换技术可予参考和推广。Abstract: An new type of prestress underpinning technology is presented.By means of screwing high strength bolts,underpinning beams are forced to bend to get prestress up?word, on the other hand, bearing columns are unloaded to zero?stress condition and sawed off.Compared with current underpinning technologies, the new technology features direct and?efficient prestressing, simple construction and without damage to existing structures etc.An application of the technology to a?practical project is introduced in detail.
