Abstract: The reliability index reference value that is the targeted value to evaluate existing structures, reflects the reliability level implied in the current design criteria of our country that is acceptable for people. In the paper, the calculation methods reflecting on the reliability level implied in the current design criteria of our country is researched when the resistance varies with time.
