THE DESIGN OF COMPLEX SINGLE LAYER CABLE NETS AND ANALYSIS OF PRESTRESS CONTROL TECHNOLOGY FOR POINT SUPPORTING GLASS BUILDING

摘要: 预应力技术的引入使得帷幕结构朝着大尺度、轻型化和通透性发展, 索网等柔性结构已逐渐成为玻璃帷幕结构的主要结构体系。结合晶艺公司对新保利大厦二期工程单层索网体系的设计方案, 通过有限元程序对含主次索的复杂单层索网体系的试验模型进行分析, 并对试验的预应力控制过程进行模拟, 为实际工程施工提供参考。Abstract: With the introduction of prestress technology, the curtain structure is used widely for its large scale, light weight and fine transparence etc. Now the flexible support system including the cable nets has became the main structure of glass curtain. Referring to the design Scheme of single-layer cable nets of Beijing New Baoli Mansion by King Special Glass Engineering Co.Ltd, this article gives the analysis of the test model of complex single-layer cable nets with main and secondary cables by finite element analysis software. The authors also simulate the process of applied prestress of this test model and give some important references to the design and the construction of the real project.
