SIMPLIFIED DESIGN METHODS OF METAL CONNECTORS IN POINT-SUPPOR TED GLASS BUILDINGS

摘要: 点式支承玻璃建筑近年来得到了广泛应用, 但对其中的金属连接件还未给出承载力的设计公式, 对连接件的试验研究和有限元分析也表明, 连接件相对于玻璃板有很大的强度储备, 还可以进一步优化其外形。基于理论、试验和有限元计算分析, 给出了连接件在主要受力状态下的承载力简化设计方法。Abstract: Point-supported glass buildings have gained increasingly wide use in China in recent years.Howerver,design formula for carrying capacities of metal connectors have not been forwarded.Besides,experimental and FEA research also indicate that connectors have great safety margins relative to glass boards so that optimization can be made.In this paper,Simplified design methods of connectors under main stress status are given based on theoretical,experimental and FEA analysis.Optimization methods are also given.
