EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON BENDING STIFFNESS OF CIRCUMFERENTIAL JOINT IN SHIELD TUNNELING SEGMENT

摘要: 对某城市地铁管片环向接头的弯曲变形特性进行了试验研究。加载采用两套设备,一套用来施加环向荷载,另一套用来施加弯矩。加载方法是先施加环向荷载到750kN,然后维持环向压力不变,施加弯矩。分别得到了在正弯矩作用下和负弯矩作用下管片接头处的弯矩-相对转角关系曲线。每条曲线大体上分为两个部分,分别对应于环向接触面在张开前的变形过程和张开后的变形过程。Abstract: Experiments on bending deformation of circumferential joint in shield tunneling segment for subway were conducted. Tangential load and bending moment were appl ied by two loading equipments. Tangential load was impressed firstly; when it wa s up to 750kN, it was kept at this level and bending moment was applied. The exp erimental curves of bending moment versus relative angle near the joint are obta ined, each of which was available for the surfaces of two segments contact both fully and partly.
