A STUDY ON UNDERGROUND ENGINEERING AT HENGLONG PLAZA IN SHANGHAI

摘要: 恒隆广场是世界最高的钢筋混凝土建筑,是上海浦西最高、基坑最大、最深和灌注桩径最大和最长的高层建筑。高度概括地总结基坑工程设计与施工的经验,运用高层建筑与地基基础共同作用理论计算分析基础的沉降、桩顶反力和基础内力,并与实测沉降对比,相当吻合。Abstract: Hengliong Plaza is 66 storeys made of pure reinforced concrete, 288m high, the tallest building in the world.This paper attempts to summarize the experience re lated to the design and construction,and the theory of superstructure-foundatio n interaction is used to analyze the settlement,the load distribution on pile gr oup and the stress in bottom slab of box foundation.The calculated values of set tlement is in reasonable agreement with the measured ones.
