EXPERIMENTS ON THE BONDING BEHAVIOUR OF GFRP BOLTS WITH MORTAR

摘要: 通过对直径为25mm的GFRP螺纹杆的材性试验和灌浆锚固下的拉拔力测试试验,研究了GFRP锚杆的锚固性能。研究表明,GFRP螺纹杆的抗拉能力高于同等直径的钢筋,但是,并没有充分发挥GFRP材料的潜力。从拉拔力试验看到,GFRP材料的荷载-滑移曲线与螺纹钢相似;GFRP螺纹杆能承受的最大拉拔力比同直径螺纹钢要小30%左右,表明一般的砂浆锚固不能充分发挥GFRP的材料优势。Abstract: The anchorage performance of GFRP rock b olt is studied by the material test of GFRP threaded rod with a diameter of 25mm and its pull-out test of grouting anchorage. The study shows that the tensile capacity of GFRP threaded rod is higher than that of a steel bar with same diame ter, yet its potential can not be in full play. It is indicated by the pull-out test that the load-slip curve of GFRP material is also similar to that of a th readed steel, but its maximum pull-out force is about 30% less than the latter, which shows that the superiority of GFRP material can not be in full play by or dinary mortar anchorage.
