PRE-ARCHED AND CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY FOR STEEL ROOF IN SHENZHEN CONVENTION AND EXHIBITION CENTRE

摘要: 深圳会展中心是深圳市重点工程之一,其展厅屋盖、会议厅屋盖分别采用了双箱梁拉杆拱结构、双箱梁拱结构。起拱方案使得处于不同支承条件下的箱梁在施工完毕后处于同一平面内,达到设计预期状态;一端铰支、一端滑移的施工方法大大削弱了拱结构对主结构的水平推力。考虑施工过程中风荷载的影响,对拱架安装过程中的侧向稳定进行了验算。最后,对展厅屋盖拉杆拱结构中的钢棒应力进行了初步分析。Abstract: Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Centre is one of the most important municipal projects of Shenzhen. The steel arch structure with double box-girde r s is used in the roof-structures. To decrease the horizontal acting forces on t he main-structure produced by arch self weight and to meet architecture requir ements, pre-arch and special construction technology are employed. The arch str u cture is hinged in one end and sliding in another during the assembling, and fin a lly it is totally fixed in both ends after the horizontal sliding is finished. F urthermore, lateral instability checking of the steel arch structure due to wind is done for the double box-girders in the first stage of construction. Finally ,an initial analysis of steel-bar used as tensile rod in the roof-struc tures is also conducted.
