STUDY ON TEMPERATURE CONTROL OF MASS CONCRETE IN XUANWU LAKE TUNNEL

摘要: 根据胶凝材料水化热试验的数据,通过一定的理论假设,近似估算出混凝土墙体在各龄期、各部位的温差,并与温度实测数据进行了比较,证明了玄武湖隧道大体积混凝土的水化热引起内外最大温差在25℃以内,符合工程提出的要求。Abstract: According to the testing data of binding material hydration heat, temperature differences at every setting time and every part of the concrete walls can be estimated approximately by a certain theoretical hypothesis.It is proved that the maximal temperature differences of mass concrete in Xuanwu Lake Tunnel which caused by hydration heat were within 25℃,and they were accorded with the requirements proposed by engineering.
