EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON STRENGTHENING STEEL STRUCTURES WITH CARBON FIBER REINFORCED POLYMER

摘要: 碳纤维材料应用于钢结构加固在实际工程中应用较少,缺乏理论与试验支持。介绍了各种碳纤维材料加固钢结构工字型梁的试验及结果,给出了碳纤维布、碳纤维板、钢板等材料的力学性能,得出了各种加固方式的承载力及荷载-位移曲线和工字钢梁截面上实测的应力、应变。研究成果可供工程应用参考。Abstract: Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer seldom used in strengthening steel structures reinforcement due to lack of experimental research and theoretic support. This article introduced a series of experiments of strengthening steel structures with CFRP. The mechanical properties of some kinds of CFRP materials were given. The carrying capacity, loaddisplacement curves of steel beam with different reinforced methods were obtained. The results may be a reference for engineering application.
