ANALYSIS OF MECHANICAL BEHAVIOUR OF CONCRETE FILLED STEEL TUBULAR STRUCTURES DURING CONSTRUCTION

摘要: 钢管混凝土结构的空钢管是施工过程中的竖向支撑骨架,要承受相应的竖向施工荷载,在形成钢管混凝土结构之前,空钢管中具有一定的初始应力;在浇筑混凝土时,空钢管是模板,又要承受内部湿混凝土水平方向的静水压力。根据其施工特点,探讨了钢管混凝土结构两阶段设计的必要性和方法以及其施工阶段的设计及力学分析等相关问题,用有限单元法对钢管混凝土柱施工阶段的力学性能进行了分析,并对土木工程结构施工力学的研究思路进行了讨论。Abstract: The hollow steel tubes of concrete filled steel tubular(CFST) structure are suffered vertical construction loads during construction as they are vertical support frame.The steel tubes will suffer initial stress before they can work together with concrete infilled.On the other hand,they are also subjected to horizontal hydrostatic loads of inner wet concrete as well as axial loads during concrete pouring because they play the formwork.The design of CFST that should be divided into two stages,and the design method and mechanical analysis at its construction stage are explored.It is possible and available way to solve the problem by FEM.The research method of civil engineering construction mechanics is also discussed.
