RESEARCH ON STRUCTURAL SYSTEM DESIGN OF OUTER-JACKETING FRAME FOR STOREY-ADDING RECONSTRUCTION BUILDING

摘要: 通过对已使用40余年的两幢3层砖混结构房屋增层改造为7层宿舍的工程实例,对外框式增层结构体系的上部结构及基础工程选型问题作了全面探讨,结合对扩底挖孔桩的承载特性的试验研究,为完善外框式增层结构体系设计方法提供了可靠的实用资料。Abstract: It is fully explored that the lectotype of top structure and foundation for an outer-jacketing frame storey-adding structural system, through a project of changing two 3-storey brick-concrete buildings(that have been used for over 40 years)into two 7-storey dormitories .The reliable and practical information is also provided for perfecting the design method of the outer-jacketing frame storey-adding structural system according to the experimental study on load bearing characteristics of excavated pedestal piles.
