CHECKOUT AND STRENGTHENING FOR THE MAIN MILL BUILDING OF A STEELWORKS

摘要: 针对某钢厂主厂房改造进行全面校算,对不满足的部位进行了加固处理。计算发现,一般设计手册和设计软件中考虑的荷载组合工况偏少,不足以得出最不利内力。还提出了吊车梁在新荷载作用下的实用剩余疲劳寿命计算方法。Abstract: An overall checkout has been carried out for the main mill building of a steelworks.A strengthening design has been brought forward for the structure. It can be concluded from the calculation that there are not enough load combinations to find out the most dangerous internal force in usual design manual and design procedure. A practical calcuation method of residual fatigue life of the crane girder is also put forward in the paper.
