MEASURED VARIABLE-AMPLITICED FATIGUE DATA AND VIBRATION MODAL ANALYSIS OF CRANE BEAM

摘要: 采用动态测试方法,对吊车梁进行实时监测,收集大量吊车梁在使用期间的应变-时程曲线和挠度-时程曲线,并进行模态参数的识别,这一测试方法和分析得出的结论,为进一步研究吊车梁的振动及疲劳特性,编制吊车梁荷载效应谱及对吊车梁进行安全检测,提供一定依据。Abstract: A dynamic measurement method is used to conduct a real-time monitoring of a crane beam, collect great amount of strain-time diagram and deflection-time diagram in actual use and identify the modal parameters.This measurement and the result by the analysis provide certain evidence of the study of vibration and fatigue character of the crane beam, of the drawing up of crane beam load effect spectrum, and of the safety monitoring of the crane beam.
