BOND PROPERTY OF REINFORCED CONCRETE WITH CORRODED REINFORCEMENT

摘要: 钢筋只有通过与混凝土的粘结与锚固才能产生强度和延性。而钢筋的腐蚀(锈蚀)则会降低它与混凝土之间的结合效果。钢筋受腐蚀后体积增大,在混凝土中产生劈裂应力。因此,腐蚀与粘结有着紧密的交互作用。为评价不同程度的钢筋锈蚀所引起的粘结退化,在拉拔荷载下测定各种锈蚀率的试件,获得包括极限粘结强度和自由端滑移在内的粘结特性数据。试验结果及其分析可对混凝土结构耐久性的预测提供有意义的参考。Abstract: Reinforcing steel provides strength and ductility only through bond and anchorage to the concrete.The effectiveness of such connection can be reduced through corrosion of the reinforcing steel.Corrosion of reinforcement leads to a volume increase, causing splitting stresses in the concrete.Therefore, there is a close interaction between corrosion and bond.In order to evaluate the effect of different degrees of reinforcement corrosion on the bond degradation, the tests were designed to provide data required to assess the bond properties including the ultimate bond strength and free-end slip for various degrees of corrosion under pull-out loads.The results of the tests and analyses may supply a valuable reference for durability forecast of concrete structures.
