STUDY ON CHLORIDE ION PERMEABILITY OF HIGH PERFORMANCE CONCRETE WITH DESALTED SEA SAND

摘要: 针对海砂、淡化海砂和河砂不同细骨料配制的12组共36块C60和C80高性能混凝土,通过基于ASTMC1202标准的通电法氯离子渗透性试验,对比分析了淡化海砂高性能混凝土抗渗性随龄期、外掺料和强度等级的变化规律,得出了在保证淡化海砂质量的前提下淡化海砂高性能混凝土具有良好耐久性的结论。Abstract: The state-of-the-art of research and application of desalted sea sand are introduced, 12 groups(three specimens in each group)of specimens with Ф10050 are fabricated with strength grade of C60 and C80.The fine aggregated used in high performance concrete includes sea sand, desalted sea sand and river sand.According to ASTM C1202 specification, tests on chloride ion permeability are carried out.The effects of curing age, admixture and strength grade are investigated and the test results show that the permeability of concrete with desalted sea sand is very low.Finally, it is concluded that high performance concrete with desalted sea sand up to standard has fine durability.
