DURABILITY OF CONCRETE STRUCTURES EXPOSED TO UNFAVORABLE ATMOSPHERE

摘要: 滨海混凝土结构由于长期受空气中氯离子和湿度变化等比较恶劣的大气条件的影响,其耐久性较低,在设计基准期内就可能发生比较严重的钢筋腐蚀、顺筋开裂等破坏,使结构的使用功能和可靠性降低。通过实际混凝土结构的调查检测,分析了有氯离子存在的大气环境中的混凝土结构破坏机理、影响因素等,并结合工程中所采用的维护、修复方法和实际应用效果,提出了混凝土结构维护、修复中应注意的问题。Abstract: Concrete structures located near sea may exhibit bad durability, due to exposing to unfavorable atmosphere, such as high content of chloride ion and fluctuating humidity, for a long time. Thus heavier steel corrosion with cracking and spalling may occur in the design working life, which makes the serviceability and safety worse. Investigations and test to realistic concrete structures have been made, and the damage mechanism and its influencing coefficients of concrete structures under unfavorable atmosphere have been analyzed.The rehabilitation methodology and its effects on the durability of concrete structures have been discussed.Suggestions on rehabilitation and protection of concrete structures exposed to chloride ion and fluctuating humidity are made.
