RESEARCH ON THE FATIGUE TESTS OF STEEL STRUCTURE MEMBER REINFORCED WITH CFRP

摘要: 钢构件疲劳损坏是钢结构破坏的主要形式之一,通过对拉-拉应力状态下碳纤维布加固钢结构K形焊缝疲劳性能的试验研究与分析,认为在钢构件焊缝部位粘贴碳纤维能够有效降低焊趾处的应力集中,明显改善钢构件的疲劳性能,从而延长钢结构疲劳构件的使用寿命,具有很高的应用价值。Abstract: The fatigue damage of a steel member is one of the main failure modes of the steel structures.Through the fatigue tests and the analysis of K weld of steel a member with tension-tension stress.It is concluded that sticking the CFRP on the weld of steel member can reduce the stress concentration of the weld, which improves the fatigue performance, such as the fatigue life of steel member evidently, which shows high engineering values of steel structural weld reinforced with CFRP.
