EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON CFRP TUBES UNDER UNIAXIAL LOADING

摘要: 相对于传统建筑材料,碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)具有轻质、高强、耐久性好和可设计性强的优点。将CFRP管应用于空间网架体系中,可充分利用CFRP的特点,以提高空间跨越能力。主要根据CFRP管在网架中的实际受力情况,对3组不同铺层方式和长度的CFRP管进行了轴向受力性能的试验研究,分析了其破坏形式和机理。在此基础上,对CFRP管的设计提出了建议。Abstract: Compared to the traditional structural materials, a carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP) has advantages of light-weight, high-strength, long-maintenance and designable.Due to those properties, FRP is being used to develop CFRP pipes for the construction of the space frames.An experimental study on three groups of axially loaded CFRP pipes, which have different layers and lengths, is done to analyze the failure types and mechanism.Finally, advices on design are proposed of the CFRP pipes.
