RESEARCH ON THEORY FOR THIN-WALLED STEEL PIPE STRENGTHENED BY STICKING STEEL PLATE

摘要: 通过对比薄壁钢管外粘钢加固后的构造特点与轻夹芯3层壁板的构造特点,得出薄壁钢管外粘钢加固后可利用轻夹芯3层壁板的折合刚度的计算原理,将其换算为具有折合刚度和等效厚度的单层壳体。从而对加固后的组合结构可以直接利用薄壳理论进行力学性能分析,理论计算结果与试验结果对比,吻合较好,可为工程应用提供参考。Abstract: Comparing the constructional characteristic of thin-walled steel pipe reinforced by sticking steel plate outside and that of sandwich shell, thin-walled steel pipe reinforced by sticking steel plate outside can be converted to monolayer shell with equivalent stiffness and equivalent thickness based on experimentation.Thus theory of thin shell can be directly used to analyse mechanical behavior of combination structure.The theoretical evaluation results have good agreements with those of the test which may be a reference for engineering applications.
