PROTOTYPE EXPERIMENTAL STUDIES ON FLEXIBLE FLANGES FOR LONG-SPAN ELECTRIC TRANSMISSION TOWER IN WUSONGKOU

摘要: 通过500kV吴淞口大跨越塔柔性法兰原型试验,较为系统地研究了柔性法兰的受力过程、破坏形态、承载力和变形等,重点研究了法兰板厚度、螺栓外边距以及螺栓直径等对法兰板和焊缝受力性能的影响。研究表明,柔性法兰具有良好的受力性能,在500kV吴淞口大跨越塔工程中应用柔性法兰是安全可靠的。Abstract: Based on prototype tests of flexible flanges for long-span electric transmission tower in Wusongkou, the forced process, failure pattern, load bearing-capacity and deformation etc of flexible flanges are systematically studied, and the influence of thickness of flanges, distance between bolts and edge of flanges, and diameter of bolts on behaviors of flanges and welding seams are also investigated. The studies show that the flexible flanges have good behaviors and their use in Wusongkou tower (500kV) is validated.
