IN-SITU MEASUREMENT AND ANALYSIS OF RAFT'S INTERNAL FORCES OF HIGH-RISE BUILDING WITH PILE-RAFT FOUNDATION

摘要: 筏板设计参数选择是高层建筑桩筏基础优化设计中的一个难题,为了解筏板的实际受力状况,对黄土地区某高层建筑陕西省邮政电信网管中心大楼工程的桩筏基础进行了原位测试,分析了筏板从开始浇注混凝土至结构封顶应力变化的全过程,得到了筏板中轴线上的应力分布、沉降分布及桩顶反力和土反力的分布,为筏板优化设计提供了资料。Abstract: Raft design parameter is an important factor to optimal design of high-rise building with pile-raft foundation.In order to know the rafts real stress during building construction, through in-situ test of a superhigh building at loess areaNet Management Center Mansion of Shaanxi Telecom Office, the test data are analyzed and some results such as rafts stress varying with the duration from start of pouring rafts concrete to the seal of the roof of mainbody, rafts stress distribution on middle axial, settlement and piles reaction distribution on middle axial, etc are given.All these provide data for the optimal design of high-rise building with pile-raft foundation.
