Abstract: Shisanhang in Guangzhou is a foreign trade special zone, which has a greatest influence on the turning poing of China's social morphology history. Developing the cultural tourist area of commerical ports at Shisanhang in Guangzhou is the best way to rebuild, modify and utilize the famous historical and cultural relics.The present paper makes an initial study of its planning conception, scenic design, transportation organization and ways of development.
