国际标准“设计值法”在我国结构可靠度设计中的应用

THE APPLICATION OF INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS FOR“DESIGN VALUE METHOD”TO THE DESIGN OF DOMESTIC STRUCTURE RELIABILITY

摘要: 介绍了我国现行结构设计标准中采用的设计方法存在的不足和国际标准中提出的工程结构可靠度“设计值法”的基本思想。根据我国荷载、抗力的统计结果及设计值法的荷载、抗力设计值的取值原则,考虑活荷载与恒荷载的比值对结构可靠度的影响,对不同类型构件在轴心受压条件下的可靠度进行系统的分析。分析表明:“设计值法”隐含的可靠度水平较我国的设计方法明显偏低,无法直接用于我国结构设计。依据我国结构设计的目标可靠指标对其进行修正,初步建立适用于我国结构设计的荷载、抗力设计值法取值参数。Abstract: It was introduced the shortcomings of the structure design method adopted in our country currently and the basic principles of“design value method”in international standards. According to the statistical results and the design value of load and resistance,the implied reliability level of different kinds of structures under the conditions of axial compression were calculated through systematic reliability analysis,which showed that the implied reliability level of design value method is significantly lower than domestic codes and could not be used in structure design of our country directly. Additionally,on the basis of target reliability index of domestic structure design,design value of load and resistance were modified to adapt to domestic structure reliability design.
