某车站跨层重载桁架稳定承载力缺陷敏感性研究

THE RESEARCH ON SENSITIVITY OF STABLE BEARING CAPACITY OF CROSS-LAYER AND HEAVY-LOAD TRUSS STRUCTURE TO INITIAL IMPERFECTION

摘要: 为了研究大庆西站跨层重载平面桁架对几何缺陷的敏感性,采用大位移控制法(LDC),提出确定跨层桁架初始几何缺陷的静力变形模态法。分析6种不同幅值初始缺陷条件下跨层桁架结构的非线性稳定承载力,并与一致缺陷模态法计算结果对比,对该平面桁架结构几何缺陷敏感性进行研究。部分结果与相关缩尺模型试验进行比对。研究表明:几何缺陷对结构的承载力影响较小,对结构变形失稳影响较大。经对比分析,静力变形模态法可以作为计算结构稳定承载力的有效方法之一。Abstract: In order to study the sensitivity of the Daqing West Railway Station's cross-layer and heavy-load plane truss structure to initial imperfection,based on the large displacement control theory LDC method,it was put forward static-deformation buckling analysis method to determine the initial imperfection of this truss structure. Using this method,it was also researched the nonlinear stability bearing capacity of plane truss structure under six kinds of initial imperfections,which was compared with the results of consistent imperfect buckling analysis method. It was made clear the geometrical imperfection sensitivity of the plane truss structure. Part of the results was compared with the scale model test results. Researches showed that geometrical imperfection had smaller influence on the bearing capacity of the structure,but greater influence on the structure deformation and stability. Through comparison and analysis,the static deformation buckling analysis method could be used as an effective method for calculating the bearing capacity of the structure stability.
