摘要: 中国博览会会展中心C1区段钢结构屋盖,具有建筑面积大、总高及层高高等特点,属于超大型建筑物。为减少高空作业和保证安装定位准确,工程钢结构屋面主桁架采用地面预拼、搭设临时钢支承、分段吊装等施工技术,同时使用了行走式塔吊在楼面上吊装,履带吊在两侧地面配合的安装方法,确保了该大型钢结构屋面主桁架安装的可靠性。通过全过程的施工仿真分析,预测了构件中产生的应力和位移,使结构的受力及变形始终处于安全状态,为合理施工提供有力的技术支持。Abstract: The steel roof of China Expo Exhibition Center C1 zone belongs to a very large structure. It has a large gross floor area and high storey. In order to avoid the aerial work,the main roof trusses were preassembled on the ground and temporary steel supports were set up to lift the segments. In order to ensure the reliability of installation, six tower cranes were set up,of which four on the floor and two on the ground. Through simulation of the whole process of construction,the stress and displacement of components were forecast,which guaranteed the force and deformation of structures to be in a safe state,which provided a strong technical support for rational construction.
