NONLINEAR FINITE ELEMENT TEST SIMULATION OF THE MECHANICAL BEHAVIOR OF THE HALF-STEEL-CONCRETE COMPOSITE PLATE

摘要: 基于某核电厂大跨单侧钢板混凝土(HSC)空心组合屋盖中的一榀模块的缩尺静载试验(1∶3)情况,通过ANSYS软件,建立组合板试件的非线性有限元分析模型。通过对比数值计算与实际试验的荷载-挠度曲线,验证模型的有效性。计算表明,加载过程中板侧腹板下部混凝土表面最先出现微小的裂缝,在适当的连接和锚固情况下,钢板和混凝土能够很好地协同工作,整个构件具有较高的承载力和刚度,同时表现出良好的延性。Abstract: According to the test information of a static load test on a 1∶ 3 scale specimen of a large-span half-steelconcrete ( HSC) hollow composited plate for the composited roof of a nuclear power plant,a nonlinear finite element model of the composited plate specimen was established using ANSYS finite element software. Through comparison between the load-deformation curves derived from the experimental results and the numerical simulation,it can be illustrated that the model can simulate the HSC plate accurately. The numerical simulation show that during the loading process,micro cracks appeared first on the concrete surface of the lower part of the lateral web plate of the plate. it can be concluded that by means of appropriate shear connection and anchorage length,steel plate and concrete can work together very well and the HSC plate has high capacity and ductility.
