Abstract: As a China’s old industrial base，Tianjin has a large number of industrial heritages． For a large number of industrial architectures with historic and cultural values，how to deal with them is very important subjects． It was tried to make an in-depth analysis of abundoned historic legacies for Tianjin to find out the solutions to solve the problems． Combining with the experiences of the domestic industrial architectural reconstruction and reuse，it was also tried to explore and perfect the concept and system of protection for industrial architectural heritages．
