风荷载下轻钢厂房新型墙面系统的试验研究
EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON A NEW-TYPE WALL SYSTEM OF LIGHT GAGUE STEEL FACTORY BUILDING UNDER WIND LOAD

摘要: 提出一种适用于轻型钢结构厂房的新型无檩墙面系统。分别对此系统在无外部墙面板时风吸力作用下以及在有外部墙面板时风压力作用下进行试验研究。描述了试验概况和试验过程,得到荷载-挠度曲线、荷载-应力曲线以及承载能力极限状态和正常使用极限状态下的极限承载力。与传统墙面系统相比,此新型无檩墙板系统不仅可以达到承载力要求,而且在保温构造方面施工方便。Abstract: Experimental research was done for a new-type wall system of light steel factory building. The research included the behavior of system without outer panel under wind uplift,and the behavior of system with outer panel under wind pressure. The details and process of the experiment were introduced,and through the experiment it was got the load-deformation curve and the load-stress curve,as well as the bearing capacity under both ultimate limit state and serviceability limit state. In contrast with the traditional wall system,the new-type wall system can meet the need of bearing capacity,and its insulation construction process is quite convenient.
