聚乙烯醇纤维高强混凝土的配制及基本力学性能研究

摘要: 探讨纤维高强混凝土的配制方法,配制出不同纤维含量的聚乙烯醇(简称PVA)纤维高强混凝土,分析纤维体积含量对高强混凝土抗压、劈拉强度以及破坏特征的影响,并且绘制PVA纤维混凝土强度随龄期的变化曲线。研究表明:PVA纤维可以显著提高高强混凝土的劈拉强度,从而有效改善高强混凝土的脆性,因此PVA纤维是一种可用于混凝土改性的优良材料。

Abstract: The preparation method of polyvinyl alcohol ( PVA ) fiber reinforced high-strength concrete was investigated. PVA fiber reinforced high-strength concrete with several different fiber volume contents were prepared. It was analyzed the influence of PVA fiber volume contents on the compressive strength and splitting strength,as well as the failure characteristics of high-strength concrete. The curve of strength was drawn,which was changed with the age of concrete. The results show that the brittleness and splitting strength can be improved in a large extent. Therefore,PVA fiber is a kind of excellent composite material which can contribute to improve the property of concrete.
