钢纤维、硅粉再生骨料混凝土钢筋锚固性能试验研究
EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON ANCHORAGE PERFORMANCE OF RECYCLED AGGREGATE CONCRETE WITH STEEL FIBER AND SILICA FUME CONCRETE

摘要: 采用正交的试验方法,通过对84个试件的拉拔试验来探讨再生混凝土与钢筋之间的黏结锚固性能。试验结果表明:1)混凝土保护层厚度、钢筋的截面形状对黏结锚固的破坏模式影响较大;2)自由端滑移值滞后于加载端的滑移,而且滞后因素主要与锚固长度、钢筋直径有关;3)再生粗骨料掺量为30%拉拔试件达到极限黏结力所用时间相比普通混凝土和再生粗骨料掺量为50%的试件所需时间较长,其原因有待进一步探讨;4)钢筋与混凝土的黏结性能随着混凝土保护层的增加而提高,随钢筋直径的增大而减弱。Abstract: By the orthogonal test method,through the pull-out test of 84 specimens to investigate the bond performance between concrete and steel. Test results indicate that: 1 ) concrete cover thickness,and shape of reinforcement section have a greater effect on the failure made of bond anchorage; 2) free end slip value lagged that of loaded end,and the lag factors relate mainly with anchorage length and reinforcement diameter; 3) recycled coarse aggregate quantity of 30% pull-out specimens reached bond force limit the time compared to the ordinary concrete and recycled coarse aggregate quantity is 50% pieces for a longer period of time,the reason needs to be further explored; 4) bond performance of reinforcing steel bar and concrete is improved with an increase in concrete cover,and is weakened with an increase in the bar diameter.
