基于模糊层次分析的逼近理想解排序法在旧厂房改造方案遴选中的应用

摘要: 随着后工业时代的到来,对旧工业建筑的再利用已经成为研究的焦点。改造方案决定了改造价值的实现,选择出实现最大价值的方案显得尤为重要。以价值因素为导向,通过将价值因素分层量化建立旧工业建筑再利用指标评价体系,运用层次分析法来确定各指标的相对权重,利用模糊逼近理想解排序法对不同改造方案进行评价、整理和排序。通过将模糊性、不确定性指标的量化处理,得到方案的前后排序,为旧工业建筑改造决策提供可靠依据。此方法是方案决策的一种有效方法,易于拓展应用于相似的决策中。Abstract: With the advent of the post-industrial era,the reuses of the old industrial buildings become the focus of study. The renewal value depends on the selection of transformation plans. What’s much important is to choose one appropriate plan which can maximize the value. This article was oriented by the value factors,with which the reuse index evaluation system of old industrial building was built through quantifying and stratifying the value factors. Simultaneously the analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the relative weights of the various indicators,and fuzzy TOPSIS was used to evaluate,organize and sort different transformation plans. The order of the program sort was got to and provide a reliable basis for the decision-making of transformation of the old industrial building through quantitative treatment of ambiguity and uncertainty indicators. This method is an effective way of decision,which is easy to expand and applied to similar decisions.
