混凝土模板侧压力公式对比分析
COMPARISON AND ANALYSIS ON LATERAL PRESSURE OF CONCRETE FORMWORK FROM DIFFERENT FORMULAS

摘要: 模板工程在混凝土施工中占有较大的比例,然而近年来模板事故频发,造成较大的人员伤亡及财产损失,这不完全是由于施工操作不当所致,还与目前相关混凝土模板侧压力设计标准取值不合理有关。以某工程为背景,从环境温度、混凝土坍落度、初凝时间和浇筑速度等参数对混凝土模板侧压力的影响对国内外不同计算公式进行对比分析,从中揭示目前混凝土模板侧压力设计计算中存在的问题,以引起工程界重视。Abstract: Formwork accounts for a large proportion of concrete construction,in recent years accidents occur frequently on concrete formwork,resulting in greater casualties and property losses. This is not entirely due to improper construction operations,but also related to the unreasonable values in current standards on lateral pressure of concrete formwork. With an engineering project as the background,comparative studying of different formulas at home and abroad is done mainly from the effects of ambient temperature,concrete slump,initial setting time and pouring speed on the lateral pressure of concrete formwork ,which reveals the problems involving calculation of lateral pressure of concrete formwork,in order to arouse attention of the engineering circles.
