模块化装配式高层钢结构节点静力性能分析与试验研究
THE STATIC PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS AND EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF THE JOINT IN MODULAR PREFABRICATED HIGH-RISE STEEL STRUCTURE

摘要: 以模块化装配式高层钢结构中的一种关键节点为研究对象,考察其极限承载能力和抗弯刚度并对其静力性能进行有限元分析和试验研究。结果表明:该种节点转动刚度较大,节点的极限承载能力高,试验中破坏主要是由于桁架梁腹杆失稳,进而引起整个桁架梁的平面外失稳,而节点本身高强螺栓连接部分并未出现滑移。Abstract: In this article, the object of study is a kind of key joint in modular prefabricated high-rise steel structure. Both the finite element analysis and experimental research on the static behaviors were carried out,the limit bearing capacity and the flexural rigidity were studied. The result show that this kind of joint has relatively large rotational stiffness and relatively high limit bearing capacity. The failure mainly caused by the instability of the web member of the truss beam in test,which resulted in the out-of-plane buckling of the whole truss-beam; there is no slip on the high strength bolt connection of the joints.
