Abstract: Municipal solid waste incinerator is not only known as an environment project，but also a resources recycling project． The architectural design should base on its own subject content，which could give a positive environment to the place，and make the surroudings be developed in a expecting direction． Taking Nangong Municipal Solid Waste Incinerator in Beijing for example，it was presented the green environmental concept needing attention in the design of an urban refuse incinerator，which could change the foul and dirty image of the traditional refuse incinerator， as well as promote the rational development of the surroundings．
