某核电站安全壳预应力施工模拟分析

摘要: 安全壳是确保核电站安全的关键设施,预应力筋施工过程是建立结构受力体系的重要环节,研究其建立过程对安全壳具有重要意义。以某核电站安全壳为背景,选用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS,采用分块方法,快速建立高质量的安全壳有限元模型,不建立沿着预应力筋方向的约束方程,真实模拟施工阶段预应力筋无黏结受力状态,并提出模拟因混凝土弹性变形引起的预应力损失的多次降温法,分析安全壳在预应力筋施工过程中混凝土的应力状态、壳体的变形以及预应力筋的应力,确认在安全壳中建立的预应力与设计相符,为安全壳施工优化等提供参考。Abstract: The containment is the key facility to ensure safety of a nuclear power plant,prestressed tendon construction process is an important link for establishing structure system,it was of great significance to study the establishing process. This article was set in a nuclear power plant containment,a large general finite element software ANSYS was selected and a high-quality finite element model was set up quickly with partitioning method,the constraint equations were not set up along the prestressed tendon direction,so that the unbonded prestressed tendon stress state could be simulated truly during prestressed tendon construction; it was put forward multi-cooling-method for simulating the prestress loss caused by concrete elastic deformation,analyzed the concrete stress state,containment deformation and prestressed tendon stress state,hence it was confirmed that the prestress built up in containment was close to the designed prestress,which provided a reliable technical support for containment construction optimization.
